Galapeclite dryer is consulted to the requirements
of dryer MIL-D-3464E and processed by taking full use
of bentonite. The product has functions of active moisture
absorption, static moisture reduction and peculiar smell
deletion, so it can be used for the products which can’t
be stored by oil and gas, such as optics apparatus,
electric products, pharmaceutical healthcare, food packaging
and war industrious products.
Comparing with silica gel,
the galapeclite dryer has the characteristics of cheap,
adsorption quick and low cost. Comparing with other
dryers, the galapeclite dryer has the
characteristics of quick and strong adsorption
without poison, scent, erodibility and environmental pollution,
so it is adapted to food packaging especially and there
is no damage to human’s body.
It is

[Usage]
The usage depends on some factors, such
as the packaging material, sealed status, packaging
cubage, surface area of packaging and sealed expiry
period. There is different dosage of it according to
the different requirement to store the products.

Packing in dry air, dryer should put into
the appropriate part of container and to be make sure
of all moistures in the sealed space can be absorbed
by dryers. Should add the dosage of dryer to protect
precious materials and avoid clotted dews to incur loss.
[Recycled Method]
After using a period
of time, the galapeclite dryer can be recycled to improve
its activity. The recycled method is as same as silica
gel’s and the temperature of recycling should be in 105℃-120℃
and the drying time is no less than 24 hours.
